Do you deliver outside of Edmond?
Delivery within Edmond city limits is free. We deliver within a 10 mile radius from Edmond for a $40 fee. This fee is waived if you spend $425.

What are the product dimensions?
Our white castle bounce house is 15ft x 14 ft x 10ft.
The bubble house has a 10ft diameter with a 6ft tunnel.
The obstacle course is 8’ 5” x 21’ 9” with slide x 7’ 7” top of pillar.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will grant a full refund if written notification of cancellation is submitted at least 7 days before your rental date. We are happy to grant a full store credit to reschedule your rental within 2 days of your rental date. ​
What is your policy for damaged products?
Irreparable damage to the rental property will result in a replacement fee. Reparable damage will result in cleaning/repair fee. To avoid this please ensure your party attendees wear socks while using inflatables. No food, drink, or sticky substances are allowed on or near inflatables. No cigarettes, open flames or sharp objects of any kind should be near the inflatables. No hair/body/face paint is allowed.
What safety measures are taken?
The safety of your loved ones is the most important thing to our team which is why we reserve the right to cancel an event should winds exceed 20 miles per hour. We recommend an indoor contingency plan for your event in case conditions are windy. This will allow us to set up inflatables inside should outdoor conditions pose too great a risk. Additionally, we stake our bounce houses to the ground during set up.
